The main character is rather rude to her parents and, aside from turning pink, doesn't face any serious consequences. Because of this, this book (as well as others) may warrant some post-reading discussion with your little ones. We try our best to not recommend books that contain inappropriate material for the recommended ages, but some of them provide great opportunities to teach lessons about friendship, manners, and other life skills.
